WHAT IS THIS?

The Steam Crow Monster Commute is a webcomic about hellish traffic, that publishes Monday through Friday.

Well, it's about traffic, but it's also about automotive culture, the endless road trip, and that sick feeling that you're living in your car.

It's also about a dysfunctional robot and a beast stuck on an endless monster highway.

"Halloween on wheels" is one way to think of it.

WHERE'D THE IDEA ORIGINATE?

Living in Phoenix, Arizona, I have a 3 hour daily commute. Instead of going insane with rage and throwing my shoes at the police helicopter when I finally crack, I decided to do a webcomic.

Hopefully it will be therapy for me, and occasionally entertaining for you.

WHO MADE THIS?

My name is Daniel Davis, and I'm an illustrator and web designer living in Phoenix, Arizona.

I love creating monster tales and I manage to stay pretty busy with my endless art projects, events and creations.

Someone once said that I have a "monster imagination". It's probably true.

I run the Steam Crow factory with my lovely wife Dawna, who is an artist herself and our official seamstress.

She likes making stuff too (like MNSTR Bags) when she's not chasing our goblin-son or keeping the factory running ship shape.
